Electric Spoink and Grumpig

Spoink: The Light Bulb Pokemon - Everytime it hops on its tail it sends out sparks of electricity.

Grumpig: The High Voltage Pokemon - It's said that if a grumpig is extremely outraged it can cause a whole city blackout.
